Job Description: VisionPLUS (CMS/FAS/TRAMS) – Lead Programmer Analyst/Technical Lead
We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with VisionPLUS - CMS/FAS/TRAMS development as a Lead Programmer Analyst/Technical Lead role, expectation should work independently and ready to lead 2 or 3 team members:
- Experience should have 5+ years to 12 years.
- Strong knowledge in Cards domain.
- Should have VisionPLUS CMS/FAS/TRAMS hands on experience.
- Develop and customize applications in VisionPLUS CMS/FAS/TRAMS Modules.
- Should have strong development skills in Mainframes (COBOL, CICS, VSAM & JCL).
- Should be good in Authorization and Interchange Functionalities.
- Understanding on the SDLC.
- Understanding on the Agile methodologies.
- Communication with customer and producing the daily status report.
- Should have good oral and written communication.
- Should be a good team member and ready to lead a team.
- Should be proactive and adaptive.
- Should be flexible to work in shifts.
- Strong communication skills, Analytical & Problem-solving skills.
