Job Description: VisionPLUS Development (FAS/TRAMS/CMS) – Lead Programmer Analyst / Technical Lead.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VisionPLUS Developer on modules like TRAMS OR FAS OR CMS to join our growing team as a Lead Programmer Analyst OR Technical Lead.
- Experience should have 5 to 12 years of VisionPLUS development.
- Proficient in developing CICS and COBOL programs on z/OS systems.
- Should have VisionPLUS Functional and Architectural acumen.
- Proficient in VisionPLUS Batch and Online processing flow and good working experience in one or more sub-modules (FAS, TRAMS, CMS, ITS etc).
- Experience in Scheduling and Version control tools.
- Involved in Formal Code Reviews, Peer Reviews, Walkthroughs, Application Audits and Inspections as needed to the project and ensure compliance with application quality and corporate standards.
- Evaluate, design, code and test improvement as required to complex projects.
- Follow standards and controls to ensure quality of outcome.
- Develop technical and functional documentation for the application.
- Perform production incident analysis and deploy permanent code fixes where applicable.
- Should be flexible, ability of Sharing, Initiative, and maintaining congenial work environment.
- Experience of working on Scheme (VISA & MasterCard) Compliance.
- Knowledge in REXX and Ezytrieve.
- Team leading capabilities.
- VisionPLUS ITS knowledge.
- Understanding on the SDLC.
- Understanding on the Agile methodologies.
- Communication with customer and producing the daily status report.
- Should have good oral and written communication.
- Should be a good team member and ready to lead a team.
- Should be proactive and adaptive.
- Should be flexible to work in shifts.
