Job Description: Senior ServiceNow Development (ServiceNow SAM Pro) – Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 6 Yrs to 8 Yrs)
The Senior ServiceNow Developer with experience on SAM Pro to join our team as a Lead Programmer Analyst.
Essential Requirements – Senior ServiceNow Developer:
- Experience with ServiceNow development, preferably ServiceNow SAM Pro.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Experience integrating vendor systems (Adobe, Microsoft, Lucid chart and other SaaS applications) with ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow Scripting, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Knowledge of SSO/SAML, OAuth, Azure AD, and identity management integrations.
- Experience with data ingestion, ETL processes, and data transformation.
- Understanding of software asset management concepts, software licensing, and entitlement management.
- Experience working with ServiceNow Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Integration Hub.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for integration issues.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, JSON, XML, and data modeling.
- Experience with automation and workflow development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and SAM Pro.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience integrating HR, Procurement, Vendor Management, and SaaS platforms with ServiceNow.
Technical/Soft Skills:
