Job Description: J2EE-FS (React)-AWS Development – Technical Lead (Exp: 8+ Yrs to 12 Yrs)

The ideal candidate will possess a versatile skill set, combining expertise in multiple programming languages and modern frameworks, as well as a strong understanding of cloud-based environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Experience should have 8 to 12 years of Java full stack development with AWS cloud services expert.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using a combination of programming languages and frameworks, including Springboot, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Java. - Need to have sound knowledge on GraphQL, JMS, Kafka.
- Build and maintain scalable and reliable applications hosted in cloud environments such as AWS.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to development best practices
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner
- Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies to enhance the integration's performance and functionality
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and project timelines
- Architectural Design & Strategy: Define, document, and maintain technical architecture frameworks (application software and infrastructure).
- Technical Leadership: Lead development teams through project lifecycles, ensuring high-quality code and compliance with standards.
- Practical, day-to-day use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) as an active part of the development workflow - not just occasional or environment-limited exposure.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications through CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes, including tools like Helm - beyond conceptual knowledge.
- Strong, detailed hands-on experience with observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, OpenTelemetry) - able to speak specifically to implementation, dashboards, and alerting, not just tool names.
